How to spread the love?

My cavapoo (9 months old) has decided that I'm their person. It's pretty simple as to why--I work from home so I'm always around, I play with him the most, walk him the most, and in general take care of him the most.

But, everyone else in the family loves him, or wants to. But I'm the person he clings to, which causes frustration and hurt feelings, esp. with the kids.

What's the best way to gently ease the pup away from his fixation on me and share some of the love and attention with others in the family? I've already been making the eldest take him on more walks as well as being the source of most treats. Any other good hacks?

Develcroing?

Out little guy is almost 7 months old, and I am his clear "person"--the one he's "velcroed" to. I work from home, so he is with me pretty much all day. I take him on most of his walks, play with him the most, have him ride around with me when I run errands. Makes sense that he's bonded with me.

But, there's a whole family who love the little guy. I'm trying to firm up the bonds with other members--having them take him for walks or play with him more or take the lead in feeding him. So far, not a huge change. Are there any good tactics for loosening the bond with *their* person and spreading the love with the family. I feel bad when I leave him home with the family and he spends the whole days waiting by the door when there are people who would love to cuddle with him instead.
