Does the game's RNG take into account time spent in a given biome for rolls for adaptations for that biome? I.e. am I more likely to roll 'scales' if I hang out in the desert the whole game, or is it just as likely if I'm in snow the whole time?

Just wanted to express how much I love the new tree assets! They also make it much easier to remember parts of the map!
