Toric EVO ICL - Did I make a mistake?

Toric EVO ICL - one eye blurrier 3 days post-op

I had Toric EVO ICL 3 days ago. My left eye is basically 20/20, but my right is still slightly blurry at distance, although it has improved a lot.

One thing I'm overthinking: my first optometrist overcorrected my left-eye prescription (I had to point out the significant difference compared to my glasses prescription) so a second optometrist retested it and changed it. She didn't retest my right eye. Was this a mistake of mine not to ask her to retest my right eye?

I asked about this after surgery and was told my right-eye prescription matched across the machine measurement, my old glasses and the original eye test, so there was no reason to retest it.

Could the right eye still have been slightly over/undercorrected, or is uneven vision between eyes completely normal only 3 days after Toric ICL?

It’s the fact my left eye is already perfect which is making me think my right eye is already “perfect” and this is the vision I’ll be left with from now on 😂

Bought my first Rolex - Yacht-Master 40 Rolesium (126622)

After six years of having this watch in the back of my mind and a year on the waitlist at my AD, I finally made it happen today.

Rhodium dial, platinum bezel, the blue accent hands. I’d seen it online countless times over the years but nothing prepared me for how good it looks in person. Genuinely the most beautiful watch I’ve ever laid eyes on. Not the most hyped reference out there but that never bothered me. From the moment I first saw it six years ago it was always this one.

At 31, I genuinely can’t see myself ever needing another watch after this one. It works dressed up, dressed down, and everything in between. Already know it’s going to be a daily wearer

Worth every minute of the wait.
