We have 2 cats, one oriental shorthair and one Norwegian forest cat and Maine coon mix and the oriental, Frank he's lonely. Our other cat Fasa had just died and he needed a new sleeping mate so a few months or so later we got a new kitten but due to unforeseen circumstances he also passed away. It's been a little while since and we have a new kitten that we are going to pick up in around 2 weeks. We called the breeder of the other kitten who passed away to tell him the news and he offered us a new kitten for free.
Now this is the part that gets tricky, we've got one male cat and the kitten that we've already agreed to pick up in 2 weeks is also male and now the free kitten we are being offered is yet again, a male. My question is just can we adopt 2 kittens from different liters? (One is around 12 weeks while the other is around 5 months.) We already have a male cat at home aswell, though he's very calm and accepting) I would just like some advice on what we can do!! (Both of the kittens are oriental shorthairs if that makes any difference)
