Need help with mold identification?

I just setup this enclosure for my blue baboon tarantula (I am aware I need more substrate) and like 2 days later this stringy white and blue fuzzy mold show up on the spider wood. Is this harmful to the tarantula!?? And will the springtails get to it ?
