Hiya! I have a private bedroom and bath (plus your own parking spot inside our garage) available in my apartment starting June 1st.

If you want to take over my current room, rent is $1,275 (before utilities). If you take over my roommate’s room, rent is $1,375 (before utilities). Utilities end up being around $75(ish) depending on usage.

Looking for a female roomie. No pets unfortunately :/ Landlord looks for good credit (680+ I believe) and proof of income/ability to pay rent.
