I spent at least 30 minutes - and had to restart the exceptions pickwalk bc it timed out twice - looking for 2 of an item that had been nilpicked. On hand said 2 - and history showed 2 were delivered earlier in the day. No one on stocking teams could find it, so I finally subbed it. When I staged the subs with the rest of the totes for that customer, I saw that the customer actually had ordered 4 and the picker picked 2 and said he got them off a pallet in the back that hadn't been worked yet, and then he nilpicked the other 2. If on hands would have changed to 0 when he picked the 2 that were on hand, I wouldn't have had to waste time looking.
