Hi - my little people are intermittently complaining that EX90 back seat AC is turned off, even when it’s blowing hard up front and I haven’t changed the settings at all.

I’m not sure what setting / button is driving the variance here. Any suggestions? (They’re children, so user error is quite possible.)
