I'm 37M, living in zone 1, and am an avid fly fisherman looking for some fellow fisherfolk to explore local fishing spots with.

I moved here 6 years ago from the US, where I would very regularly go fishing in urban areas for carp and other coarse fish. Since moving, I've only been out fishing a few times, as I've struggled to find spots close enough to me to be convenient, and don't have any friends here who are interested in fishing.

I've been looking into maybe trying the Regent's canal or the River Wandle next Saturday (June 6th) but open to hearing about other spots people may know about. I'll be on fly tackle but don't care what type of tackle my fishing partners prefer to use.

I've always enjoyed fishing more when done with a friend, so if you are in the area and open to teaming up to find some fish, let me know.
