A casual meetup for creatives. Walk, talk, sit, and discuss ideas. Open to beginners, hobbyists, or anyone who wants to create. Get feedback and inspiration, or find new people to get that idea off the ground. The meetup is inclusive to all people and levels. Feel free to bring drinks, food, or creative work with you. Group of fellas that played footy for the first time together a couple of weeks ago, and a handful from LSC joined us as well. We're at 9 people so far, so could do with a couple more so we can sub on/off when we inevitably get gassed out after two minutes. We're not an intimidating lot at all, just a bunch of chaps who want to play football after watching the World Cup all month. Ages 25-40.

We have a pitch booked in Haggerston at 19:00 for one hour. It's £6 per person - preferably payment via bank transfer but if you'd prefer to bring cash on the night then that's fine.

And don’t worry if you’re coming alone or don’t have a team. Since we’re doing a group booking, everyone will be put into teams before the night based on a little personality quiz. You’ll do the quiz through the invite and we’ll get everyone to send their results in the group chat.

The whole point is to mix everyone up a bit and actually give people a chance to meet someone new, rather than everyone just sticking with the people they already know.

Alsooo there’s a £100 bar tab for the winning team 👀 so there is actually something to fight for lmao.

The venue has a capacity of around 76 people, and because we’re booking as a group, we need to know numbers fairly early. Please RSVP and pay the £6 by 19th August if you want to come.

We don’t know how many spaces will be left after that, so the earlier you let us know, the better!

Spur-of-the-moment trip to the Isle of Wight on 16/08/2026! We'll take the train from London Waterloo, and I've got a railcard so we can get a discount for three people. It'll be about £50 return from the machine at Waterloo, and that covers trains and the ferry to the island and back. The plan is to meet at 9 am in Waterloo to buy tickets, then head to Brockenhurst for tea at Esme's tea place. After that, we'll shuttle to Lymington Pier, take the ferry to the island, and then a bus to the Needles. We'll do the chair lift down to the beach for a little exploring, and aim to be back in London by 8 or 9 pm, depending on the group.

Had a group of 4 booked in for The Lost Estate's cabaret show tomorrow at 7pm, but one of our friends dropped out last minute — so there's a spot free if anyone fancies joining us!

For anyone who hasn't been, it's a full immersive dinner theatre experience. You're seated rail-side right by the performance space, and a six-course meal comes out through the night as the show unfolds around you.

I love La La Land and have made it a little personal tradition to watch it every year.

Would anyone be interested in rewatching La La Land with me in late August for its 10th anniversary re-release? There are a few limited screenings in central London starting from 28 August (e.g. Cineworld & ODEON).

Anyone wants to join critical mass today? Depart at 19:30 from Southbank under Waterloo bridge.

Who doesn’t know Critical Mass is a monthly group bike ride where cyclists meet up and ride through the city together. There’s no fixed route or official organiser, it’s a spontaneous, social ride celebrating cycling and reclaiming space for bikes.

Usually I go solo but why not to try to organise. I’m 37M commuter cyclist so the plan is to enjoy the music and summer vibe and ride with the flow.

After we get to the destination, we can relax for some time (we can stay there for half an hour or maybe longer, depends how it goes) and then move back to central together.
