[22/08/26] Dubtendo day to night rave

Hi, a Reddit friend (F), and I (M), are heading to Dubtendo this Saturday. Would be great to go with a group and get some general good vibes going!

[06/08/26] Thirsty Thursdays at Old Street Records

Hi all! A few Reddit friends and I will be at Old Street Records this Thursday from around 6:30pm. They have a decent happy hour on cocktails from 5–8pm, plus live music.

The plan is to grab a few drinks there and then head over to Simmons, Trapeze, or somewhere else nearby. There should be around six of us, mainly people in their 30s, but anyone's welcome to join.

[09/07/26] Thirsty Thursdays at Village Underground Rooftop Bar

Update: I'm in a dark blue/navy t shirt and dark blue jeans. I'm here. The entrance for the rooftop is on great eastern street. We're in the train carriages!

Queen of Hoxton has happy hour from 5pm to 2am, so we'll head there after Village Underground. We're also just a short walk from Simmons and Trapeze, both of which have happy hours too. If Queen of Hoxton is too busy or we're not feeling the vibe, we can easily turn it into a bit of a bar crawl and see which place feels best.

Hi! I'm thinking of heading to Village Underground's Rooftop Bar this Thursday at 6:30pm as it's another sunny day.

The plan is to grab a few drinks there, then wander over to somewhere a bit cheaper (or with a happy hour) later in the evening.

[18/06/26] Thirsty Thursdays in Soho 6:30 onwards

It's meant to be a lovely day tomorrow! I'll be celebrating with a few pints at the Toucan in Soho (around 6:30pm) before heading to the Roxy afterwards for a live music event.

It'll be my first time at the Roxy, but I've been to the Toucan loads of times and it's my favourite place for a Guinness.

It would be great to have some company, and if people are up for it we could add Montagu Pyke (the Wetherspoons in Soho) and Simmons as stops along the way.

All of these are relatively close to each other, and this could easily turn into an impromptu pub/bar crawl (which Google tells me should involve at least four venues).

[14/05/2026] Thirsty Thursdays

It's grey and cold, meaning it's time to grab a drink (alcoholic or zero) and make some friends/acquaintances/drinking buddies.

My plan is to be at the the Masque Haunt, the Shoreditch Wetherspoons, from about 6:30pm onwards.

Can load up there and maybe head to NQ64 for games and drinks, or Simmons near Hoxton, or somewhere else, open to suggestions.

Much like everything else in life, this plan is not thought through.

I'm a guy in my 30s and will be wearing a navy shirt.
