I’m training from last 7 years and I’m not a mind reader but
Over the past few weeks, I have noticed one particular guy at the gym who seems to keep staring at me. Whenever I am training, he often walks around near me, flexes his muscles, and starts posing, almost as if he is trying to make me feel inferior.
I am lifting lighter weights than him, he talks to another guy from a distance, laughs, and appears to look at me while doing it. It feels uncomfortable and distracting while I am trying to focus on my workout.
Maybe I could be wrong if it happened only once, but this has happened around 10 times now, so it does not feel like a coincidence anymore.
This same guy used to talk to me before, and I had a few conversations with him. After that, I realized I did not like his attitude or behaviour, so I decided to keep my distance.
I met someone at mall , she was saying that she need something to eat . We took her to metro . She took 1 banana , 1 cereal, 1 pk frozen beef and 1 pk frozen vegetables.
Is she gonna return and take cash ?
She was not looking like a junky .
I’ve seen 1–2 personal trainers at the gym who don’t even correct their clients’ form. It’s not just one client either — some of these PTs train 2–3 clients at the same time.
I’ve noticed this during shoulder presses and flat presses. I don’t know, maybe someone else has noticed it too. It seems like those clients are complete beginners, and without even correcting their form, the trainer starts adding more weight.
