636 credit score need a loan for 1k never took out a loan before what are the best options for me?

Background check still isn’t cleared through first advantage. Submitted Friday had a completion date for today 8/12 but they pushed it back to the 19th. It usually doesn’t take this long for me just wondering how long did it take for everyone else’s to clear?
