Found in the UK with three other ELC Penny Racers. Base reads “PENNY RACERS – manufactured under license by Takara Co Ltd Japan – Early Learning Centre.” I believe it's c.2003–04, but I can't find another example of this British police version anywhere online. Does anyone recognise the mould or know whether it was exclusive to the ELC/export range?

It is a beautiful gold colour. I see it almost daily in spring/summer.

These are all new to me in April.

I am trying to get all my matchbox cars I had as a child in the 80s; the Porsche 928 is for that. It was sealed and boxed and I very much enjoyed opening it.
