HR 10 Warranty
My HR monitor (HR10) started behaving erratically. it is 9 months old. I sent it in for repair. They are charging me for a new strap and new battery, even though it is covered under warranty. I’m really confused. I sent them the receipt. How are they charging me $79? What kind of warranty is that?
