Does anyone remember an episode of Nitro from 98-99 where they were having technical issues all night? I believe it was in Florida and there was a storm and the whole show had the camera freezing but the audio was still coming in?

I remember watching it live and I had no idea whether it was my cable or the broadcast. I think it was a good show
