What Did You Think of Kevin Nash’s “Big Sexy” Nickname?

As a kid I remember thinking it was weird. Guys like HBK, Rick Rude, etc did a lot of character work that coincided with getting over names like “The Heartbreak Kid” and “Ravishing”

Going back to his Diesel days in the WWF I always just thought of Nash as a badass. So, when one day he was just calling himself “Big Sexy” all the time and then everyone else started saying that too, it felt off.

Wishing a Happy (belated) 4th of July 66th B-Day to one of the most underrated and extremely talented pro wrestlers ever. He deserves more love, especially for all of his brillant accomplishments in NWA/WCW (both as a solo and tag worker). Also a brillant drummer for some West Texas Rednecks !

Been thinking about that line about how WCW got shunted millions of dollars in expenditures from other departments in Turner...

What do you want to bet a big chunk of those were the bills for Turner legal having to deal with the racial lawsuit and the Hogan lawsuit, because Turner Broadcasting was handling all of those directly historically and with WCW on the way out, they were just like, you know what, no, you caused this, it's your financial loss.

"WCW where the big boys play" slogan

This was a tagline WCW ran with for a while in their peak of signing WWF stars etc. and I remember vividly in Dusty Rhodes' color commentary, he would frequently mention the slogan as part of everything- like "Scott Steiner off the turnbuckle! Ooh great move. WCW where the big boys play" etc

Was this a requirement as part of the ad campaign that commentators needed to explicitly communicate the slogan x times a show or x times per match?

Booking Randy Savage had he not gotten injured in June 98

If Randy Savage didn't get injured and didn't take time off to heal from knee injuries, how would you book him for the rest of 98?

How many people think Sid should have gotten a win over Goldberg ?

I’ve always wondered if Sid should have gotten at least one win over Goldberg. Goldberg obviously needed to stay protected, but Sid was being presented as a monster too. One serious Sid win could have made the feud feel more balanced before Goldberg got the final revenge. Would that have helped Sid, or hurt Goldberg too much?
