Ok so long story short, I had a thyroid health scare last year and bloodwork comes back normal. I have a large goiter pressing on my trachea and because of all this my health anxiety has just been crippling especially my body hasn't felt right in like a year and half. My primary prescribed me Zoloft and I am an idiot, she wanted me to do 25 mg for like 3 weeks but I had been doing it for like a year+ without moving to the 50 mg and felt really nothing to the point I had to rely on Ativan when things get real bad. Anyway I started doing the 50 mg last week and feel like it is slowly helping. When should I fully expect it to kick in?

WTF is eBay doing? I have been using them for sneakers for years since they started doing authentication. First time the shoes are coming to me from SpeedX and what a nightmare, no movement at all for almost a week. Has anyone else had major issues? ordered two different pairs and I highly doubt ever of them make it to my doorstep at this rate.

If I wear a size 10 in Nike runners and Dunk SB’s, usually 9.5 in Jordans for a more snug fit. Would you recommend a 10.5 for Bron 8’s?

My zoom generations are size 10 if that helps
