Direct-route CTA for someone with overseas TP/corp tax experience

Hi all, I have about 4 years of corporate tax and some transfer pricing experience from a Big Four (Aus), and I’m now currently in the UK. I’m planning to start CTA via the direct route once I have a job but I wanted to start with preparation now. For those who’ve done it (especially without ACA/ACCA):

  1. What made the biggest difference in passing the Awareness and Advanced Technical papers?
  2. Did your employer fund it, and what should I ask about in interviews?
  3. Are there free resources you’d actually recommend for the early foundations, before buying a provider’s course?

Thank you in advance! :)

Job Portal re-building

Need help modifying a website (especially career page). My friend's company hiring candidates - they wanted me to re-build career structure - where the recruiter/HR uploads a form and the career page on their website reflects the job roles instantly.

Please suggest what would be best method to make one (without using an admin panel - not an expert website builder and admin panel would require a lot of security and maintenance)

Thank you in advance.

Exhausted.

Just got rejected (UK Big 4), for a graduate role despite having some relevant experience (but non-UK country). I honestly don't know what is it about me that keeps getting me rejected, but I never seem to get the real reason - always a sugar-coated feedback.

Anyway - I am giving up on the job search for good. Any suggestion on what to do in life? Also is it advisable to delete LinkedIn, I just feel en up feeling worse everytime I open it.

PS: I think I've lost it a bit, apologies if this post sounds deranged, lol. And please no pep-talk, I am just done with all positive BS's.
