Hello all! You may have seen me post here before about Dungeons and Dragons. Well, my D&D group is starting a new dark fantasy exploration campaign set in a world built around The Abyss - a massive vertical chasm filled with strange ecosystems, ancient ruins, and relics that behave in strange ways. People from the surrounding town often descend into it for research or survival, but everyone knows the rule: the deeper you go, the more the Abyss takes from you. Once you have entered, The Curse of the Abyss punishes anyone who tries to ascend from its depths. It’s a place of wonder, danger, and secrets.

Your story will begin when a catastrophic event wipes out an entire district of the city in a single moment. Thousands vanish without a trace, and only five survivors remain - strangers, unharmed, and found standing at the center of the devastation. In the panic that follows, the ruling council declares a punishment never used before: permanent exile into the Abyss. The campaign follows these exiles as they descend into a world no one returns from, uncovering the truth behind the disaster, the Abyss, and themselves.

We are looking for two new players to join us. This is an in‑person game in Pueblo, CO, meeting Sunday afternoons once or twice a month. We are specifically seeking women or nonbinary folks who are comfortable in a feminine space, age 25 or older. This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly table, and all of us in the D&D group are women. Consistent attendance, kindness, and a willingness to engage with the group are very important to us. It is definitely a fun game, but it is also quite important to us as a group and we are hoping to find people willing to commit their time and energy towards the game with us.
