Do you think people who have never worked in healthcare can understand people who work in healthcare? Do they think it’s just a job like any other job?

I often get ear cleaning walk-ins in urgent care & am not properly supplied.

People can’t get ENT appointments and want it done in urgent care.

What equipment do you use in the ENT office for cerumen removal?

I want to ask management to order the equipment/supplies.
