Trying to round out my push/pull days
I currently have a leg day routine that I do twice a week which has been working pretty well for me, but I've been trying to hit upper body twice a week (one push day, one pull day), and I'm trying to figure out what exercises I could add to each routine.
On my pull days, I've been hitting cable rows, bicep curls, and lat pulldowns, but I'd like to throw in a 4th exercise that isn't too redundant/isn't just a variation of the previous exercises.
On push days, I've been doing shoulder presses, tricep extensions, and lateral raises. I used to bench more and I don't want a super developed chest (I am a woman lol) but I'm also wondering if there's a 4th exercise that would round this out.
