I like thighs specifically because they're very had to fuck up.

If anyone has trouble with them I recommend taking the bone out and searing skin side down till its golden on the bottom or you see no pink more than half way up then flip over.

Because of how fatty a thigh is you can kill it twice and it'll still come out nice, it's a very forgiving cut IMO.

Yes they're in the freezer because they don't have preservatives and instructions say store frozen.
