MAX BRAKE for the DY12 shipped with no way to mount it, and support couldn't tell me how it installs

Update - it seems as though after having to educate members of the company about their own product several times, I may be able to use the product I first purchased on the 15th of June some time early July.

Eye opening experience

TL;DR: Ordered Derya's top-tier MAX BRAKE compensator (SKU D050716, about $150) for my DY12.

The box had only the compensator and a manual. The manual references a locknut that wasn't included, and the gun actually needs two parts to mount this thing. Neither was in the box, and neither is sold separately on Derya's site, so it is uninstallable as shipped.

When I contacted support, the rep couldn't tell me what's supposed to be in the box or how the brake even installs.

The full story:

I bought the MAX BRAKE because it's marketed as the premium muzzle device for the DY12 and priced like it. What showed up was the compensator and the instruction manual. Nothing else.

Here's the problem. On the DY12 the barrel shroud is what holds the handguard on. To fit any muzzle device you have to unscrew that shroud, and the moment you do, the handguard has nothing retaining it. The brake threads onto the muzzle way out at the front with a big gap behind it, so it doesn't hold the handguard either.

So to run this brake you need two parts: one to take over holding the handguard, and one to lock the brake on the barrel. The manual itself references a locknut. Mine came with neither.

For the gearheads: the muzzle is M24x1 and the shroud/handguard thread is TR25x2 trapezoidal. That TR25x2 is an oddball pitch you can't even buy off the shelf (standard trapezoidal pitches for 25mm are TR25x5 and TR25x3), so there's no sourcing your own.

I checked Derya's entire site. They do not list the locknut as a buyable part anywhere, and the only TR25x2 part they sell is the whole barrel shroud. So there's genuinely no way to buy the missing hardware from them even if I wanted to.

The part that really gets me is support. I emailed and got nothing, so I used their live chat. The rep couldn't tell me whether the locknut is supposed to be included, couldn't tell me how the brake is meant to mount, and had to go ask the warehouse and management to answer a basic question about their own flagship product. That's not a slow reply, it's frontline support with no working knowledge of what they sell. If the people answering tickets don't know how the product goes together, that's a worse sign than two missing nuts.

Anyone who owns one: has anyone installed a DY12 MAX BRAKE? What came in your box? Is there an install method I'm missing, or did others get shorted the same hardware?

Trying to work out if this is a one-off packing miss or a wider problem before I push for the refund. I've also seen that the mods in this community generally reply faster and seem to me more knowledgeable so perhaps someone here can give me some answers?
