Need tips dealing with NSS, partial shipment

I've ordered a rare, used set for a pretty significant price that was advertised as complete, but it was missing a whole 10 bricks. Instead of those I got some other bricks too many times and also a few that aren't part of this set at all.

Luckily the missing bricks are super cheap, so this is not a deal breaker. I definitely want to keep this set, but now I need to obtain the missing pieces somehow.

What I've done so far since 8th May:

- Contacted seller via DM

- Contacted seller via e-mail

- Filed NSS (just recently)

Got no response at all.

I used PayPal. I think one option here would be ordering the missing pieces somewhere else and filing a complaint with PayPal, only requesting a partial refund to cover the material and shipping costs for the missing pieces. Then I would attach the invoice I got from the new seller and request that amount be paid back.

Am I missing something or does this sound like the correct approach to handle this? How much longer should I wait for a response from the seller?

I think I would be able to find a shop where I would pay 5-10€ total for the missing pieces. So I'm not sure if it's really worth the trouble to go after this. But the set was in the hundreds and it was not a lot of parts, just a dozen very rare ones, causing the high price, so it does bite a bit that so many bricks were not accounted for.
