For corporate video and interview work, which size lantern softbox do most people recommend more often, 65 cm or 90 cm?

What do most professionals actually use in real world corporate shoots and why?

And which one would you rather recommend? The Aputure one or the one from Amaran?

I guess the Amaran has no light control skirt

ich würde gerne von euch wissen, welche Export Einstellungen ihr bei Bildqualität und besonders bei Bildgröße in Lightroom Classic habt, wenn ihr die Bilder an Kunden abliefert.

In meinem Fall sind es Business Portraits und normale im B2C Bereich.

Wann nutzt ihr z.B "in Bildschirm einpassen"
