Any tips for longer life of laptop and about thermals while gaming.

I bought it on the 9th of Aug 2026, Ryzen 7 250 24gb ram rtx 5050 1tb.

It's running excellent and I use it for mostly UIUX designing but as I haven't used any gaming laptop before or haven't done any gaming before, I feel concerned whenever the laptop feels hot so i just quit games even though I use a Zebronics cooling pad, but still you know having that kind of fear when it's something you can't loose or don't know how much about what's normal for it,

I always wanted to do gaming but never got a chance or hardware before but now when I have I don't know what's common and okay, I use afterburner and never let Gpu temp go above 70 and that's only when a cutscene appears otherwise it stays nearby 50-56, I keep it plugged on and always on conservation mode.
