Meeting Room with Wireless Mics and Multiple Ceiling Mics

I have a meeting room that has a few wireless mics, as well as Shure MXA920's. Using QSYS as the DSP.

For in room use, folks will use the wireless mics if they need reinforcement. My problem is my mix for conferencing.

Curious how folks handle multiple MXA's with DSP, whether you mix or automix, and then how to handle the ceiling mics with the wireless mics. If I run the wireless mics and the ceiling mics together, I have some phasing stuff going on, if I automix, the automixers seem to drift back and forth between the wireless mics and ceiling mics, which can sound jarring/not great...

Would like to hear how folks would think through/process a situation like this, thanks!

Hopeful!

Bought a One Plus last week, and it just ran for the first time last night. Did an excellent job, few quirks when pausing and resuming, but nothing detrimental. It seems like everything was positive when I decided to buy it, and then I discovered the Facebook and Reddit groups that seem to have nothing but problems and was really worried, but crossing my fingers that this thing continues to run well! I've seen the notes about track tension, as well as the decks falling off, but it looks doable to keep it maintained. It's a lot less maintenance than my lawn tractor, that's for sure 👍
