Just graduated USAF BMT. Not that hard.

So my washing machine won’t start its cycle. it’ll chime twice. If I manually go to its AS mode, itll give me a 9C2 code. I’ve been researching it and it seems it’s a bad PCB. Could there be any other issue, such as a wire?

Originally the machine wouldn’t turn on at all. I replaced the PCB and now it turns on but won’t wash. Any help would be appreciated. Also replaced the door latch.

I checked for continuity on all 6 wires from the door latch to the PCB and all except one read normal. The outlier reads 15.7-16 ohms. I also checked if the noise filter was receiving the 120v and it is. I also checked to see if it was sending those volts and it is. Idk what to do now. Could it be I just bought a bad PCB.
