Hi i want to ask some questions about the s5-11 that 100% have been answered on this subreddit but i will ask anyway😀

1. Durability/quality:hows the quality i don't expect segway/teverun quality but is it bad or just ok if u take care of it

2. Has anyone insured it? Im from Romania and late last year they added a law u need to have insurance and i want to ask if anyone ever did,how much did u pay? I know it's different everywhere but even with a monster like this in case of police i want to be the most legal i can

3. How do people get them for under 1k euro?? Ive seen over 1k and codes most of the times are off limits

4.acual range?

5. Is it even worth it? Is the s3 better?

So i have a question, i plan to either get a LBX L1E or Ultra Bee L3E for my A1 license, but im broke so im going the Alibaba route. I'm in Romania (EU), and my main concern is the paperwork — specifically getting a valid COC/EU type-approval that RAR (Romanian vehicle registration) will actually accept.

Has anyone here actually imported one from Alibaba and successfully registered it as street-legal in the EU? I'm worried a lot of Alibaba listings are really the off-road version dressed up as L1E/L3E, or have papers that won't hold up. Any sellers you'd actually trust, or is buying through an official EU/Romanian dealer basically required to get this done properly?
