I plan on using this old broken grill for another fairy gardens, maybe plant some vine, fairy homes on the fence trellis things and integrate into surroundings with bridges to stumps with homes etc. should I keep the top on with the 2 nd level half grate or take it apart and use both top and bottom as separate planters?

the cheap little pond pump the $30 top tier waterfalls came with just died. have to buy a decent one.
