I have a current situation right now where my property manager says that my roof leak and damage isn’t getting fixed until “summer.” When asked for a date, she said, “No, the roofers have barely started working yet.” I literally saw roofers doing shingles on a nearby home last week. I am concerned about mold growth because it could be months before they get it fixed. Should I contact the rental board?
