What am I doing wrong?
I have a Retevis RT22 and a H777 that I'm trying to connect to my UV-9R. The RT will chirp receiving but can't hear anything. The H777 did chirp receiving but lost connection.
PS The Retevis are business radios and are set to business band VHF. Company is too cheap to get us more radios for my crew, so I'm filling the gaps with Baofengs.

The last house on Netflix
Watched this dog water movie so y'all don't have to.
*SPOILERS*
This movie is not based in reality. Starting with the timeline. This normie family of four plus dog survive 5 years(260 weeks) trapped in their house. With the power and water cutting out at 90 days and food stores dwindling. They started gardening in their living room with carrot tops and tomato seeds as starters. For added proteins they built their own traps, that they flung out the chimney for random animals to wonder into.
That's just to name a few there are so many things wrong with this movie I had to walk away a few times. Hate watch if you dare but I was shaking my head the entire movie. Best example I can think of is Bird Box meets The day the earth stood still.

Scavenge
I'm a little sick of people talking about scavenging ammo. IDK about y'all but my ammo is primarily in the safes and in hidden caches. Are y'all walking around with a cutting wheel and/or a metal detector? I don't plan on scavenging, I just have enough ammo to last the team and I a few months on current training cycle.
