Anyone regretted creating planters for veggies over grass
Hey folks, I was thinking of creating couple of raised planters on top of the grass patch i have in my back garden. It is north facing garden and we live close to coast. During winter it takes long time for water to sink in causing moss growth & patchy grass by summer.
I can remove the moss, and seed to bring it back in summer, but another part of me also says create a couple of planters and grow veggies and don't bother with the grass. Has anyone done this and regretted not having grass? I had spent 400 to get the rollout grass over a year ago but right not it is all patchy and is not doing great.
