Damaged my outside driver side mirror. Seems its fully functional on my 2023, gt-line. The camera is still functioning and it looks like all the wiring is just exposed and flew off.

Anyone know if this is something i can fix myself?? What i can expect to pay for this?

So i noticed this a little late potentially, i an unsure what this stain is i figured it may be bird poop or something. Is there any way to fix this mark? Im hoping this isnt a permanent stain.
