Criminal case - misdemeanor type
Hi,
There is a friend of mine who has been detained in Sharjah for trading in Alcohol. He has no links or whatsoever with such kind of a trade however was called in for investigation 2 weeks ago as a suspect for and now there has been a case file opened against him. For reference he had given a loan to someone who used to do this trade without knowing their background at all as he is someone who is very helpful to needy people. He was asking back his loan and thats how got pulled into this case. The people directly involved in this business have even confessed that he is not a part of their business. His court dates keep on delaying and he doesn't have any of his family here and his wife can't afford a lawyer what can be done in this case and he has not committed any crime nor directly involved with those people.
