Just applied to the remote support position for ADT. Anyone here work for this position? How is it like, do you like it?

Okay so I've been experimenting with 3cx and FreePBX and so far I love free PBX a lot better than 3cx. Now my question is how do I get paging and intercom calls to actually auto answer on the phones itself? I have Polycom Soundpoint 335s in every room and for 3cx they has a configuration template that I uploaded to the phones web interface. For FreePBX it seems to be different. Does anyone have a configuration file that I can upload through he phones web interface that would allow paging and intercom calls to auto answer?
