Hi, I'm looking for one eSIM that works in these three regions. Anyone has used one recently? Should I switch manually every time i cross the border?

Also, in mainland China. would I still need to use a vpn. or does mobile data work normally? I do have a vpn, but having to turn it on and off all the time is annoying. Thx!
