I started fasting 3 weeks ago doing 20 hour fasts, I have lost 25 lbs in those 3 weeks and it has started to slow down, I heard the plateauing can hit and was just wondering if there’s anything that can help preventing it. This is the first time I’ve ever done something like this and I want to keep going without being discouraged. I’m eating generally healthy with focus on protein and staying generally under 2500 calories and 30 min riding of a bike every day.
