TikTok's commercial music library, is 2 weeks a long waiting time?
[I use DistroKid, but the question goes out to anyone under different distributors]
For those who got accepted into TikTok's commercial music library, how long did it take? Is 2 weeks a long waiting time? I sent in a request about two weeks ago and I don't see the option to upload to CML or even any indication of my rejection/acceptance. I asked an agent about my request 2 days ago and he said that there's no way to follow up on the request on their end, and that I should check back in a couple of weeks, but it's already been a couple of weeks.
It's really tiring having to check everyday and seeing absolutely no indication of anything at all, have others experienced this? DistroKid should at least have a message containing the final verdict on your eligibility or lack thereof...
