i have a lot of black marks on my neck due to shaving. most of these are ingrown hair. can anyone tell me how can i get rid of these spots(ingrown hairs).

Just finished conversation with friends and now I just want more. I came across her work when i watched normal people and it hit me hard ( still haven't been able to move on from that show). Now I am looking for more books like these.
