Does it get better ?

I passed my assessment and have done two videos so far, the second one had more than 30 segments and took me close to two hours of meticulous work.

I've just seen my about two hours of work is worth $0.45 if the work is approved. That's less than half a cent an hour.

Does the pay get better? How do you guys do this without crying? I have no motivation to go on.

If you can be anything in this world...

If you can be anything in this world, please be someone who changes their mind when presented with facts you were not aware off or information you were not privy to.

Just put your ego aside, accept you were wrong, and learn.

I have no intention of making this a gender war, but goodness me, it appears that almost all women argue and reason the same way. I am slowly getting to a point where I'll stop trying to reason with women or argue with them about anything.

I am constantly encountering women who'll defend their positions viciously even if you show them evidence that they are wrong.

I am currently making a training program for my cousin(F) who wants to start hitting the gym. So after showing her the exercises I want her to do, she goes...- and please know I don't want to do any exercises that will make me get hip dips.

I've been making training programs for quite sometime and I've never heard this before. So I ask her, which exercises cause hip dips? She goes, Bulgarian Split Squats and some exercise called clam shells. If you train, you know Bulgarian split squats are one of the top tier leg exercises, of course what she's say is BS.

So I tell her, could you please Google if there's any exercises that can cause hip dips? She's googles, and she's told no. But she still maintains her position. So I ask to specifically google those two exercises and see if they cause hip dips, again same response, she's clearly told they don't. I've even made her Google what causes hips dips and she's clearly seen it's caused by someone's skeletal structure and not any exercises. But the girl is still telling, I've heard people's experiences(probably some TikTok she saw) and they said it does. Shuwali?

And see how social media is making girls feel bad about having hip dips while there's totally nothing wrong with it?

You see why African communities separate men and women? You see why men used to go to work and only return home late in the night? I am done having debates or arguments with women. Or trying to change their minds when they are wrong.

Again, if you can be anything in this world, please be someone who changes their mind when presented with facts you were not aware of.

Biggest lie in human history?

I came across this on LinkedIn.

A guy asked six AI models, What's the biggest lie in human history?

Notice what Grok and DeepSeek said?

Happy Sunday boys and girls.

Stories za deep in the Trenches

As a man, sometimes hua unajipata in some crazy misadventures in your efforts to burst a nut. Before you finally learn to master yourself and your urges kutu inaeza kupeleka very deep in the trenches.

Back in my younger days(last year), nilikua, single, niko na tu pesa hapa na pale, I am okay, shida tu, ni kutu.

Mimi huyoo, nikasema aish, this time ebu wacha ni try something new. Mwanaume ni kuongeza work experience jameni.

Sasa kuna one of these popular adult Kenyan content creators mwenye nilikua nime come across content yake huko Twitter. Msichana slim thick mali safi kuruka. Body hatari, facecard safi, mali safi zaidi. And she was doing hizi solo content za dildos and shit. Truth is alikua amenimaliza vibaya, nilikua namhemea ka selee.

So siku moja kutu imenimaliza mpaka I am shivering, nikasema aish...ebu acha ni slide kwa dms ya huyu mdem nione kama inaeza weza. Unajua mwanaume nikujaribu mazee.

Story kidogo, nikauza manifesto yangu na kiswahili kidogo, tukaelewana mdem akakubali form and we linked up.

After small talk kiasi, knowing her favorite color, na hobbies zake etc tukaingia kwa the main agenda that had brought us together. That's when nilijionea vitu my young eyes had not seen before.

So the babe is on her back, na ameraise her legs to her chest, knees ziko apart close to her shoulder. Really just a pretty standard way to spread thighs. Nothing extraordinary.

But then I noticed sth sijai ona before mazee. When the babe was in that position, I could see deep inside her 🐱. Like almost two inches in, unaona tu vizuri nikama pipe.

Unaona venye ukishika kikombe you can see inside mpaka mwisho, it was sth close to that. Not that I could see the end, but you could see almost half way in. Mimi up to this day, sijai ona mdem her 🐱 opens up like that in that position ati unaona deep inside her. Usually you barely even see inside. Mazee I was shocked. Nikajua heh hapa hii ni different leo.

But as a focussed man, composure muhimu, I didn't even show nilikua nimeshtuka,. Bado nilimbao ka selee na kuput on durex thinfeel nilikua nazo.

Mazee nakwambia nilizoza vibaya sana. Nilitafutia positions kama zote but yooh, I couldn't cum at all. I tried all manner of kumkunja but bado mazee, grip haikua in any position and I am not a small guy. After nimechoka yangu yote, nikakubali tu matokeo that sitamwaga. But that experience shook me, opened my eyes, and changed me.

Sitaki kupolice vitu watu wanafanya na najua main consensus hukua 🐱 is elastic and it goes back to it's kawaida size, but heh mimi that one experience makes me doubt that statement sana. Sahii I am id the opinion that madem hu masturbate sana na hizo big dildos and roses, their private places change. Hatakua same na mdem hajaeka those devices huko. Same way na majamaa wa kumasturbate, you'll have it difficult with a girl.

Na msinirushie mawe jameni, sisemi it's an absolute truth, it's just my one experience that changed my thoughts on that. Masturbation nikama iko na long term effects mazee.

And for guys, if you watch porn na hawa ma cam girls, mazee take it from someone who has been with one, hawa madem unaona huko, ata akikupea, there's a good chance haitakubamba mazee. Ni kutu tu inakudanganya. So you should probably stop that and go meet real people.

Mazee that experience was a full circle moment for me. Sina regrets ju ilinifungua macho and now I am more sexually disciplined, ata nimepiga celibacy ya almost 5 months now without even masturbating.

Hio experience even changed the babes I am in into. Unaona those girls people call vienyeji, msichana hajui vitu mingi, innocent babes, reserved babes, wasichana wa SDA, mtu ata cider inamtingiza, msichana hana ujuaji mingi mazee that's where the magic is.

Hii experience sidhani iko na moral lessons yoyote. But it's just sth that changed me, and put me on a path of developing sexual discipline and thinking about my sexual habits.

Anyway kutu ishai kuput on some crazy misadventures?

Fight Club Soap

I finally got to watch Fight Club for the first time and I can't help but wonder, why was Tyler Durden making soap?

Out of every other thing he could do, why decide to make soap?

I see a soap is also on the film's poster and features quite prominently in the film. So I can't help but wonder, does soap making have a much bigger significance or symbolism in this movie? Why is soap featured a lot?

Data Structures and Algorithms

I am in the process of changing roles and would love to interview with companies that have a DSA and System design interviews as part of their software engineering interview process. Do you know companies in Kenya or hiring Kenyans that have these stages in their interviews, aside from the three I know, Google, Microsoft, and I think Safaricom?

Will women go to heaven?

According to a recently released study that tracked relationships between men and women and cases of infidelity in relationships, something stood out.

If a man and a woman were dating, cases of the woman's friends sleeping with the man were higher, compared to the men's friends sleeping with the man's woman.

To put it simply, if John and Jane are dating, the chances of Janes's friend sleeping with John are higher compared to John's friends sleeping with Jane.

To put it in layman's terms- Women hugongeana sana more than men.

This raises some important questions. Why are women bad people? And Importantly, will women go to heaven?

We extend our thoughts and prayers to the vulnerable men who were manipulated and taken advantage off by the female friends of the women they loved, and trusted.

Why do you go through your partners phone?

Going through your partner's phone without their consent is a serious invasion of their privacy.

People are allowed to share what they want, when they want, and to keep certain things about themselves a secret, never sharing them or only when they feel the time is right.

Now, if you feel the need to go through your partner's phone without their consent, it usually points to two things: you don't trust your partner, or you have serious trust issues that need to be worked on.

Both of these things are in your control, and you can do something about them. If you're with a partner you can't trust, leave them and find someone you can trust. If you have trust issues, work on them without making your partner suffer because of your inadequacies.

So the next time you get the urge to secretly snoop and secretly go through your partner's phone, I hope you take a moment to look inward and see that you're a coward for not making the brave decision to leave and get someone you trust.

Or better still, realize that you are an adult with trust issues and you're pathetic for invading your partner's privacy because of trust issues you refuse to work on. Again, leave them so they can get better and take that moment to work on your trust issues.

Always remember - To love someone is to trust them. You can't love someone you don't trust. If you don't trust them, you don't love them. So why are you with them?

Edit - I am not dating; I have not been caught. I have never cheated on my partner. This is just a sober assessment of the issue of insecure people trying to rationalize insecurities and trust issues.

In case you didn't know Privacy is a fundamental human right.  "If you don't have something to hide, then you should be comfortable with someone going through your phone" This line of logic disregards someone fundamental right of privacy. Privacy isn't just about hiding illegal activities; it protects autonomy, dignity, and free expression

You going through someone's phone without their permission is a violation of their right to privacy.

Do Kenyan Companies Test their Software before release?

We all know what happened with the disastrous Safaricom app.

Now Faiba has decided to do some sort of redesign and update their processes. The process of buying bundles is entirely different. But that's not the issue.

Now my Faiba line has airtime, and I want to buy some bundles and pay using the airtime on the line.

Now Faiba devs being as smart as they are, have decided to add a security check. There's some code I need to enter. Where is it sent? We don't know because It doesn't say where they sent it. All we are told is that some code was sent. It could be sent as an SMS to my line or an email, it's us the users to figure where the code was sent.

And remember, I am buying bundles, for my own line, it even shows the airtime available on the line. So why can't I buy bundles for my line without a security code? Which we can't tell where it is sent?

Now here is the biggest issue, let's assume they actually sent the code to my Faiba line using an SMS. The problem is, the Faiba line is inside a Faiba Mifi, so how exactly will I get the code?

Do you see the problem with software released by Kenyan companies? It feels like it's made by people who don't understand the product and never bother testing the user flows.

Devs working in Kenyan companies, what are you guys doing there? Are you guys encouraged to test in production? Is there anyone who even tests the softwares you release?

I have an important meeting but Faiba has decided, not today. You won't use our bundles even though you have airtime.

My Mom is a teacher

She's been a it for a long time she's almost retiring.

Anyway, she just got home and told me Leo her school has gotten new teachers who've recently been hired by TSC.

She says, what she found odd is that they are recent graduates, some as recent as 2022. This is unusual in her line of work because many teachers stay for very long before getting TSC numbers and usually, those who graduated kitambo have been the ones getting hired first. So a 2022 graduate with a TSC number is unusual since some who graduated in 2014 have not yet been hired.

The new teachers told her that one got her hiring letter from a guy called Singoei, and the other one says Murkomen came to their area and asked all teaching graduates to write their names in a list and that's how they got hired. All of the newly hired teachers in her school are Kalenjins and they are all very recent graduates. Quite odd isn't it?

Anyway, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, that's the government for you and today it delivered newly hired teachers to my mom's school.

Solution to your face looking whitish after applying minox

I am about two years into consistently applying minoxidil for beard growth and have gotten great results. I trim my beard once every week with a 3mm clip attached to my trimmer to make application a little easier while still giving the beard room to grow. I apply twice daily and always wash my face before application.

One of the challenges I've had with applying minoxidil(liquid not foam) is my beard area looking whitish after application. Sometimes it even looks like dandruff after minoxidil dries out.

However, I've since discovered a simple, cheap and very effective solution that's also great for your skin. Goat milk soap.

I stumbled upon goat milk soap while looking for soap that doesn't strip your natural body oils after using them and is gentle on any skin type. This was to be an alternative to using expensive cleansers and other expensive beard wash products.

Washing your face or beard area with Goat milk soap before applying minoxidil will stop your face looking whitish or as if your beard area has dandruff. your skin will look and feel great and won't dry out after you apply minoxidil. You also won't have what looks like dandruff on your beard. You won't even need to oil your beard area after minoxidil dries.

I use nothing else on my face, I just wash my face and head(I keep a bald head) with goat milk soap, dry my face with a towel, then apply minoxidil twice daily.

So if you're on Minoxidil, washing your face with Goat milk soap is a cheap solution that will do so much good for your face, beard and skin.

This man Raila Odinga

Genuine question: What was this guy fighting for? Do you understand what he was fighting for? If so, please tell me. Feel free to include any benefits the country and his people got from his efforts.

Edit - Please, let's not dwell on the usual songs. Let's get some facts correct. Raila Odinga is not the father of democracy in Kenya. He didn't bring democracy to Kenya. He didn't introduce multipartism. He didn't fight for multipartism alone. He didn't bring the 2010 constitution.

Kenya started as a multiparty state before Moi took that away. Many people fought for the return of Multipartism. Even if Raila wasn't there, the fight would still have happened. He was part of the people fighting for it, but not the only one, or the vision bearer.

So talk about something else. Give statistics where possible, and if you have time, tell us how having his relatives in elective positions helped the country.

When did the rain start beating us?

Samosas in Nairobi are in a very sorry state. The outer layer/skin of a samosa is meant to be thin and crunchy, not thick like a chapati.

But try samosas in most joints, I've tried Java and Samosa World, and both of them, hakuna crunchiness. You're just biting through thick, soft layers as if the samosa is just meat wrapped in a chapati. The meat inside is even worse. Hakuna spices, it's just a tiny amount of meat and a truckload of onions.

What's happening? My goodness. You see what poor governance does to people? Right now, hakuna ata passion and skill when making samosa. God forbid you even try Kebabs. You'll be shocked.
