Same story ,I am male in early thirties, I have applied more than 1000 jobs on every available platforms( company website, indeed, linkedin, kijji, eluta.jobbank canada, linkedin premium)since last 3 years. got 10 interviews in 3 years, fixed my resume by multiple organizations and colleges,attended more than 10 job fairs, bought LinkedIn premium for 2 times. My education is 5 year professional university degree plus 2 postgard diploma as well as 7 year experience in hospitals. I think there is some bias in hiring for south asian male in professional jobs. They hire only in labour jobs.rightnow doing security and uber. And last i am professional and certified member of CHIMA and certified medical coder.
