Bell pepper substitute

Hello,

Anything cheaper to substitute bell peppers for?

I mainly use them for enchiladas and a casserole.

I love the taste and texture of them, cant picture those recipes being remotely the same without them. But they have just gotten SO expensive where I am 😭

Edit: So interesting, I dont think I have ever seen frozen peppers or peppers on sale? Maybe its an American thing lol. Thanks for the replies

To people that have made MAJOR life pivots

How'd you find the opportunities? Any advise for people wanting to do the same? Any regrets with it? I want to hear your stories!

Major life pivot to me is moving across the country solo, moving countries, teaching ESL in China for several years etc etc, but feel free to interpret however you wish.

Been feeling so stuck the last few years and besides job/money, and I dont have much tying me down here. I have applied for a few jobs in different cities, but obviously the job market is cooked and I havent heard back lol. If I was more extraverted I would seriously consider ESL somewhere else lol

Southern India Recs

Hello,

I am a foreigner looking at a solo trip to Southern India (3-4 weeks) next winter and looking for city/activity/company reccomendations.

Not a huge fan of yoga or just sitting on a beach lol (wouldn't mind swimming for half a day). I typically like to do most things at my own pace/solo and only do a day guide for 2-3 things if possible. I tend to prefer places that are walkable/decent public transit however I realize that there are places worth seeing that are not.

In particular looking at places/companies recs for:

-public transit accessible 2-3 hour hikes

-places if I wanted to watch a cricket game

-Queer bar patios and maybeee clubs

-animal/bird safari (from a distance)

I am thinking flying into Bangaluru makes the most sense financially/location. Hampi (or something similar) & fort kochi/allepey are on my radar.

Hope you folks have been able to keep cool.

Thank you!

Slow speaking content creators? (Québec French)

Hello,

Looking for extremely slow speaking French speaking content creators/teachers, with subtitles. Canadian French, ideally Québec.

I have been watching nico.french.canadian, but am almost all caught up. He speaks extremely slow, with subtitles, and explains more complicated words via simpler words and repetition.

Thanks!
