Hey! How do i get my sims 2 from crashing?! Like ill be in the middle of playing and the game will just close out and i have to remind myself(set a timer) to leave and save and come back before it closes on me without saving
I’ve started my federal career back in 2020 with working for the post office, and then coming into the IRS in 2022. Besides that, what is the real issue of the Chamblee and Atlanta offices tolerating and allowing certain mangers, and certain departments to get away with practically “murder”. There has been only one big EEO payout of sexual harassment/misconduct that i have seen. I’ve seen previous employees report these managers multiple times, don’t know if they were compensated, but were shunt, had a “mark” placed on the with being “messy”, and moved to another department. The managers and leads received no punishment …they were rewarded with being promoted, applied and got new positions, and still allowed to harass and bully said employees. I have witness for myself on multiple occasions were a male manger stalked, sexually harassed, and pretty much sexually corrosion to TWO young ladies. One was literally made fun of by her “so called” friends that she was found crying on the bathroom floor because she had a panic attack. Apparently/ allegedly he caught her off guard while around these friends drinking and he took advantage of her, poor girl doesn’t remember and swears up and down she never slept with him. From my background and what i know, sounds like “🍇ing” to me. But this male manager has a know reputation all the way at other sites in Ogden and Cincinnati. And then said managers at these sites (Chamblee &Atlanta) that it’s not what you know, but who you know. People are being denied reasonable accommodations, FMLA, and the annual/rating periods are just all by “mangers discretion” since their is no HR or union anymore. I say all of that to say, how can i escape and without my job on line and being lost. I have a rare auto immune disease, insurance is what they can when i use it, I’ve applied to open details, internal jobs, and USA jobs to get away from these campuses, anyone know or can offer advice?
