Normal AP vs Kundalini Energy

Last night I was trying to astral project. I turned on a Gateway Tape and found that I hit the "vibrational stage" rather intensely for the first time. But since the Gateway Tapes wake you up after 30 minutes I decided to listen to Pink noise for the night. Pink noise seemed to help to a similar degree as well.

I am curious as to whether I hit the regular "vibrational stage" or if I accidentally engaged in kundalini practices/ kundalini "energy".

I had a feeling of overwhelming joy (I mentally convinced myself that since I had already experienced AP before, hitting AP again would already be in the bag for me). I then started to feel my limbs fall into a numbness/ asleep feeling. I then started to have parts of me twitch/ convulse, (not in a spasm kind of way, but in a more random frequency).

Is this normal when it comes to AP/ hitting the vibrational stage or is this tied to Kundalini Energy?

Religion VS Spirituality

  1. I have a question for you all. I am wondering if anyone can relate to the feeling I'm having/ thought process I am going through.
  2. There are two main theories I believe, one is the traditional "believe in god and your saved, it's cool bro you don't have to do anything" which even if your telling others about it, it's not like you are really advancing yourself after you get to the point where you are pretty good with not breaking the 10 commandments every other day.
  3. But on the second hand, there is spirituality which is separate from religion (not the new age drug/ demonic sorcerer kind) and it encourages actually growing and reflecting more.
  4. The summary of what I'm getting at is the first one opposes meditation but the issue with that is it makes sense when it comes to not opening someone's soul/mind up to demonic entities, but it's like on the other hand, it kind of allows for a skewed message to be ear fucked into someone's ear by media and feel good words and with it being like "yeah bro DONT reflect on what we just said and IGNORE the off feeling of it because that's a form of meditation bro" just sound so sus to me.
