3 years later… goodbye Printful

I’ve been doing business with Printful since 2023 and generally had a good experience up until the last 6 months. Order after order, delays and lost packages because of the use of DHL, Amazon, and OnTrac. Compounded with the increased fulfillment time and quality issues, I can no longer accept this risk.

I posted here a few weeks ago as well, hoping to see some improvement after the 4th of July but it hasn’t happened.

We are pausing business entirely for the time being and looking for new POD providers until we can setup in-house printing.

Fulfillment has severely degraded

I’ve been using Printful for over 3 years for my brand, thousands of orders, six figures in sales, free Printful Growth for a couple of years. I’ve never had major issues other than the once in a while odd print or lost order.

The last couple of months however has been awful. The Amazon Ground shipping has lost so many packages. Fulfillment across the board has been 4-5 days slower than it used to be. Printful support still responds within an hour of my issue report, but the fact that this is now a trend is putting my brand at serious risk and costing me returning customers.

For the first time, I am seriously considering walking away from Printful and actively exploring other POD options until we’re able to set up printing and fulfillment in house.

Nano Banana Pro Updated?

Has anyone else noticed an improvement in fine text rendering recently? It seems like it’s been much better at character and text consistency for me.

Possibly a stealth update, A/B testing? Seems like an improvement as such would be announced.
