Why does my WiFi disconnect for periods of time

My WiFi has been fine except for the last week it disconnects from my devices at random. This disconnection can last a few hours. What puzzles me is that my router has a green light showing that I should be getting WiFi. But all my devices can’t find the WiFi network. Is this a bad router and do I need to get it replaced? WiFi Disconnects Randomly

I have Quantum Fiber internet and for the most part it’s good internet. Over the last week or so my WiFi disconnects from all devices. I look on the app and the router/modem and everything seems to be working correctly. But if I try to reconnect my WiFi doesn’t appear to be an option to connect to.

WiFi will reappear out of nowhere an hour later and work just fine. I’ve noticed this happens more frequently when I plug a new device into a nearby outlet. Is this a problem with my WiFi devices and how do i troubleshoot?
