So..... Grey Flesh event happened, many raids and things happened back to back and I completely forgot about it

While checking what anomalies were missing in the Monolith, I suddenly remembered that there was a gray flesh event happened while ago (Little bit more then ingame year), and I never saw the gray Flesh event again.

I got more then 15+ pawn and used inspection on every one of them with 4 pawn that has medical skill, nothing found....

My question is, can this event just vanish ? or can these metalhorros be able to wait this long before erupting from someone's chest ?
