I'm an incoming grad student looking for 2-bed apts in Newark. I've been looking at some places, but I'm mainly worried about safety. Does anyone have any apartment recommendations in safe areas? Looking for the cost to be about 800-900 per person. I've read some horror stories here and I wanted to get a more recent perspective.

Currently looking at:

- Liberty Pointe

- Apartments at Pine Brook

- Lehigh Flats

- Iron Hill (I know they don't have in-unit laundry)

Any other recommendation would be appreciated!!!
